These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, content, products, programs, memberships, events, and communications (including SMS) provided by Saxum Investments LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.

2. Services; No Professional Advice

We provide educational and coaching-related content (including digital courses, memberships, live events, and community experiences). We do not provide legal, tax, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for your decisions and results.

3. Accounts and Access

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases, Billing, and No Refunds

You agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase, including applicable taxes.

All sales are final. No refunds.
If a payment plan or subscription applies, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed schedule. Failed payments may result in suspended access.

(If you need an exception clause later, it must be written explicitly; otherwise this remains strict.)

5. Subscriptions and Memberships

If you enroll in a subscription/membership, it renews according to the billing cycle disclosed at checkout unless canceled. Cancellation affects future renewals only; prior charges remain non-refundable.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others.

  • Share, resell, or redistribute access to paid content.

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or proprietary processes.

  • Upload malware or disrupt the Services.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, text, frameworks, trademarks, logos, downloads, and materials) is owned by the Company or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for personal use only. No copying, distribution, or commercial use without written permission.

8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to SMS:

  • You agree to receive texts for transactional, customer care, and (if you consent) marketing purposes.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • You represent you are the authorized user of the provided phone number.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

We may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

No guarantee of results: Outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort, decisions, and circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections intended to survive termination will survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification).

14. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for disputes will be in courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Estos Términos regulan el uso de nuestros sitios, contenido, productos, programas, membresías, eventos y comunicaciones (incluyendo SMS) ofrecidos por Saxum Investments LLC (“Compañía”, “nosotros”). Al usar los Servicios, aceptas estos Términos.

1. Elegibilidad

Debes tener al menos 18 años (o la mayoría de edad en tu jurisdicción).

2. Servicios; No Asesoría Profesional

Ofrecemos contenido educativo y de coaching (cursos digitales, membresías, eventos). No brindamos asesoría legal, fiscal, médica o financiera. Eres responsable de tus decisiones y resultados.

3. Cuentas y Acceso

Si creas una cuenta, debes mantener datos correctos y proteger tus credenciales. Eres responsable de la actividad en tu cuenta.

4. Compras, Cobros y No Reembolsos

Aceptas pagar los importes y los impuestos aplicables.

Todas las ventas son finales. No hay reembolsos.
Si hay plan de pagos o suscripción, autorizas los cargos según el calendario acordado. Pagos fallidos pueden suspender el acceso.

5. Suscripciones y Membresías

Se renuevan según el ciclo indicado al comprar, salvo cancelación. Cancelar afecta renovaciones futuras; cobros anteriores no son reembolsables.

6. Conducta del Usuario

Te comprometes a no:

  • Usar los Servicios para fines ilegales o fraudulentos.

  • Hostigar o abusar de terceros.

  • Compartir o revender acceso o contenido pago.

  • Intentar extraer o copiar procesos propietarios.

  • Introducir malware o interrumpir el servicio.

Podemos suspender o cancelar el acceso por incumplimiento.

7. Propiedad Intelectual

El contenido (videos, textos, frameworks, marcas, materiales) pertenece a la Compañía o sus licenciantes. Se te otorga una licencia limitada, personal e intransferible para uso personal. Prohibida la copia, distribución o uso comercial sin permiso escrito.

8. Términos de Mensajería SMS

Si aceptas SMS:

  • Recibirás mensajes transaccionales, de soporte y (si consentiste) de marketing.

  • La frecuencia varía. Pueden aplicar tarifas de tu operador.

  • Responde STOP para cancelar, HELP para ayuda.

  • El consentimiento no es condición de compra.

  • Declaras ser el titular o usuario autorizado del número.

9. Enlaces y Herramientas de Terceros

No somos responsables por sitios o herramientas de terceros ni por sus políticas.

10. Exenciones de Garantía

Los Servicios se ofrecen “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”. No garantizamos disponibilidad continua.

No garantizamos resultados: dependen de múltiples factores, incluido tu esfuerzo y circunstancias.

11. Limitación de Responsabilidad

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables por daños indirectos o consecuentes. Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá lo pagado por ti en los últimos doce (12) meses previos al hecho que origine el reclamo.

12. Indemnización

Aceptas indemnizar a la Compañía por reclamos derivados de tu mal uso, incumplimiento de estos Términos o violación de derechos.

13. Terminación

Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso por incumplimiento. Secciones como propiedad intelectual, exenciones y limitaciones sobreviven.

14. Ley Aplicable y Jurisdicción

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU. Cualquier disputa se ventilará en Florida salvo que la ley exija lo contrario.

15. Cambios

Podemos modificar los Términos. El uso continuo implica aceptación.
